  I have eaten here several times whilst staying at the attached Premier Inn. Breakfasts and service at breakfast are acceptable. Evening meals are another matter. Last night I wanted the buffet but was refused because it was 8pm exactly. I ordered Chilli and after a 25 minute wait was served an unappetising dish the consistency of soup. There were approximately 4 very small pieces of beef. I sent it back but received the same again thickened up but covered in chopped chilli peppers. Like no chilli con carne I have ever eaten or will eat again. There appeared to be no tomato content whatever. I was hungry after a 13 hr shift or I would have just insisted on a refund.

  I'd give it zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgraceful. The majority of the food was disgusting, we had a hair in the lasagna. Every portion of chips was freezing cold. The meals arrived around 20 minutes apart from each other. The fact it was my 21st birthday and we chose here because it was easy for a lot of people to come, absolutely rubbish. There was a fork on the floor, probably from before we even came into the premises until after we left, although the staff had walked over it multiple times. There's multiple snags in the carpet that someone could easily trip on. The toilets are so disgusting, unclean, dirty toilet roll everywhere, toilet bowls don't look like they've been washed in a week. And to top it all off, they had no vodka or any variety of cider. What kind of bar doesn't have vodka or a variety of vodka? I'd not waste your time or money.
